EAT. SLEEP. EXERCISE. PLAY.

Exercise. We all struggle. This type of exercise isn’t meant to give you a 6 pack. It is 💯 for your mind. If it gives you a 6 pack great. But it’s more of a gentle way to get your body moving and your mind exhaling. I figured this out once when I used to be a runner 🏃🏻‍♀️and a yogi 🧘 but now I’m learning again by taking the stairs several flights at work, intentionally chasing my kids around, a peloton ride here and there, and keeping my eyes open for new things - like paddle boarding.
