Sleep. 😴😴😴This one I never had a problem with until I was in my late twenties when I finally grasped the importance of restorative sleep. Several sleepless nights will teach you just can’t function and thrive without rest. So if you are struggling now, start with the goal of simply resting at night and “taking the pressure off” to sleep. DO NOT under any circumstance count your hours. Resist looking at the clock. @calmapp is a great resource. Talk to your doc if you still struggle.
