EAT. SLEEP. EXERCISE. PLAY.

As we celebrate Labor Day, this mantra one of my fav all time people taught me came to mind. He told me these were the basic functions all human beings needed to do on a daily basis. 

For me, “eat” means including those nourishing foods that give me energy to conquer my day but also those that bring me joy. Eating a small meal of protein if I’m stressed and not hungry or being mindful when I’m not hungry and I want to finish the pint of @jenisicecream.🍦
