It’s worth the short read. Extremism can permeate everything you do, even the good things. Exercise, Work, Parenting, Dieting, and the list goes on. Extreme moderation is the concept this author coins and says she does everything with the “deliberate attempt at finding a balance between two extremes - doing nothing and doing too much.”
“Something to do, someone to love, and something to hope for.” She divides this purpose into four pillars - brain, love, change, and choice. Then you take these personal goals and balance them, all the while memorizing one of life’s secret truths. You are good enough. #extrememoderation
