.....how she taught you to clean “down there”!!!! You DO NOT need to do the same sort of thorough clean you do on say, your feet 😉. 

Hands and water ONLY if you are someone with the tendency for infections or irritated skin!! 😲 I know, promise but #selfcleaningoven 
All the “ph balance” “feminine wash” etc keep us Gynos in business but not to your benefit! They contain lots of harsh chemicals that can actually create infections by wiping out “good bacteria.” 

Soaps of choice would be neutrogena glycerin bar, cetaphil, dove white bar. No washcloth. No loofah. Less is more here.

So don’t tell your mom she was wrong, but do spread the news, because ya know, she had a mom that was wrong too!!!
